Reena Arya  has over 20 years of experience in Asylum and Immigration Law. Currently working at Jewish Family and Community Services, East Bay.  Domestically Reena's work has included nonprofits, including Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), Human Rights First, and Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS). She also worked for the San Francisco Asylum office and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Internationally Reena has worked throughout Sub Sahara Africa with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in many offices with protection and resettlement.
