The Greater DC & Baltimore ARCAN Group will gather Friday, October 30 for their next luncheon and meeting in Tiffany Circle Hall at the Red Cross 17th Street building in Washington, D.C. Matt Bertram, vice president of Volunteer Services at NHQ will be the guest speaker. The topic is “Volunteering for the Red Cross.” Matt will talk about the direction of the organization now and what types of volunteers are needed - not only in disaster responses, but in all areas.
